2. Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
3. Size Exchange: Exchange is available for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
4. Exchange Request: Please contact us within the exchange period with your order details to initiate the process.
5. Product Condition: Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for exchange.
